We spotted our first three whales about 10 miles out. Followed these whales whole skillfully split up and then rejoined in the hopes to lose us. It almost worked but we figured it out and caught up with them again as they regrouped. There were 3 whales traveling together with a calf. Just milling around, not alot of tail action, one big jump from a distance...it was nice to see how they behave and catch them before the season ends at the end of this month.
